CRISALIDE @ CATference
The CRISALIDE project was presented at the CATference in Belgrade, Serbia (September 25-29, 2019), at the discussion of post-socialist cities’ smartness, which transition happens in the background of the evolving political discourse about the use of innovation as a trigger for economic development and cities as centres of the new economy. But does operating with such terms as ‘smart city’, ‘smart region’, ‘smart infrastructure’ or ‘digitalisation of cities’ really help to become smarter and innovative?
